A one day pass means the funded account can be yours on the first day you trade. There are two routes to it and this page lists both. The first is an evaluation with a one trading day minimum: hit the profit target inside the drawdown on day one and it passes. The second is an instant funding account, which has no evaluation at all, so day one is the funded account. New to it? Here is what a one day pass is.

15 of the 20 active futures prop firms on our list offer one route or the other. Thirteen sell a one day evaluation: Alpha Futures, Apex Trader Funding, BluSky Trading Company, Bulenox, E8 Markets, Funded Futures Family, FundedNext Futures, IQ Capital, Legends Trading, Lucid Trading, My Funded Futures, Phidias Prop Firm and Tradeify. Ten sell an instant account: Alpha Futures, BluSky Trading Company, Bulenox, DayTraders, Funded Futures Family, FundedNext Futures, IQ Capital, Lucid Trading, Purdia Capital and Tradeify. Eight firms do both.

Two things to read before you buy. Nearly every one day evaluation in the table also drops the evaluation consistency rule, which is the other rule that blocks a fast pass, so a single large day cannot hold the account back. But four of those firms put a clock on the evaluation anyway: Apex gives you 30 calendar days from purchase, BluSky's Orbit is a one-time purchase valid for 30 days, Bulenox wants Qualification and Momentum finished within 30 days of activation, with a reset buying no extra time, and IQ Capital's challenges run 30 days and need a $19 extension to keep going.

Which prop firms let you pass in one day?

Thirteen on our list: Alpha Futures, Apex Trader Funding, BluSky Trading Company, Bulenox, E8 Markets, Funded Futures Family, FundedNext Futures, IQ Capital, Legends Trading, Lucid Trading, My Funded Futures, Phidias Prop Firm and Tradeify, on the plans named in the table. Other plans at the same firms set two to five days, so the plan carries the rule.

How fast can you get funded at a prop firm?

On the same day you buy, at the firms on this page. An instant account is funded at checkout, and a one day evaluation funds the account as soon as the target is hit inside the drawdown, which can be the first session. Firms off this page set two days or more.

Do I still have to hit the profit target on day one?

On an evaluation, yes: the day minimum is only one of the two gates. You still need the profit target reached without breaching the drawdown, and the pass is checked on both. An instant account has no target at all, which is the second route on this page.

Is an instant account faster than a one day evaluation?

It removes the pass, not the wait. An instant account is funded the moment you buy it, so there is no target to hit, but the first payout still needs the funded account's day count and buffer. A one day evaluation is cheaper up front and starts the same payout clock.

Is a one day pass the same as no minimum trading days?

In practice yes, and on our data every one of these plans carries a one trading day minimum rather than none at all. One day is the smallest minimum any firm on our list sets, so a plan with it can pass on the first day you trade.

Does passing in one day mean a payout in one day?

No. The pass and the payout are two separate rules. Every funded account on this page has its own minimum before a withdrawal can be requested, counted in trading days, profitable days or calendar days depending on the plan, and most plans also hold a profit buffer first.

Is it risky to try to pass in one day?

It is the same risk concentrated into one session. Reaching a target in a day usually means trading more size than you would over a week, on a fresh account with its full drawdown still in front of you, and a breach ends the account with no reset included.

What is a one day pass?

A plan whose evaluation can be passed on the first day you trade it. In our data that means a one trading day minimum, or no minimum at all. It is a rule on the plan rather than a promise about how quickly anyone passes, and the profit target still applies.
