Yes. Phidias Prop Firm allows news trading on all account types, so you can hold or open positions through major economic releases. Slippage and volatility around news are your own risk.

Premium: overnight/weekend allowed, sized to the account. Fundamental and Express to Live: all positions must close before end of day. The 10K Challenge separately allows overnight (25 minis/250 micros) and weekend.

Yes. Phidias Prop Firm allows copy trading, including third-party copier software, within its limits on how many accounts each person may hold. Identical strategies that exceed the maximum allowed capital can lead to suspension.

Bots and fully automated trading algorithms are banned. Semi-automatic software is allowed only if the trader actively supervises and manually adjusts every trade.

Yes. Phidias Prop Firm allows scalping strategies on its accounts. Short-term trades are fine as long as you stay within your account’s drawdown and position size limits.

Yes. Phidias Prop Firm allows dollar-cost averaging into positions. Your account’s drawdown and position size limits still apply to the full position, so plan entries with those limits in mind.

Yes. Phidias verifies identity after you pass a challenge and sign the CASH account contract. Upload a valid passport or national ID card and proof of address under 3 months old (water, electricity or gas bill; phone and internet bills are not accepted) under Dashboard > My profile.
