FundedNext Futures rules

16 rules apply at FundedNext Futures whichever account you buy. 5 are conditional, and those are the ones that end accounts, so read the detail. Below them: the platforms, data feeds, hours and the countries it refuses.
  • Legacy and Flex challenges have a 40% consistency rule: your best day can be at most 40% of your total profit. Rapid Pro and Rapid Daily challenges have no consistency rule.

  • Funded consistency

    Conditional

Funded Rapid Pro accounts have a 40% consistency rule: your best day can be at most 40% of your total profit. Funded Legacy, Flex and Rapid Daily accounts have no consistency rule.

  • Trading during news events is allowed on futures accounts. Volatility and slippage around major releases are your own risk, so size positions with the drawdown in mind.

  • Swing trading

    Not allowed
  • Copy trading is allowed across accounts you own and manage yourself, including your own accounts at other firms. Copying another trader, signal services, or coordinated group trading is prohibited.

  • Algorithmic trading

    Conditional

EAs and bots are allowed on the Challenge and FundedNext Account via any Tradovate integration. Exploiting latency, pricing errors or platform vulnerabilities through automation is prohibited.

  • Scalping

    Conditional

Micro-scalping (trades closed within 10 seconds) is capped at 40% of a cycle's profit -- 30% triggers a warning, 40%+ holds Challenge advancement or deducts that profit once funded. Normal scalping is unrestricted.

  • Dollar-cost averaging is allowed as part of a structured strategy. Repeatedly adding to losing trades without a plan may be reviewed as high-risk trading.

  • Hedging

    Not allowed
  • VPN use

    Allowed

VPN use is allowed on both Challenge and FundedNext accounts. Repeated inconsistent IP activity may lead the team to request additional documents.

  • VPS use

    Allowed

Trading from a VPS is allowed on both Challenge and FundedNext accounts. Repeated inconsistent IP activity may lead the team to request additional documents.

  • KYC

    Applies

Profile-level KYC is required before your first reward withdrawal: a government ID and a liveness check, done once per profile.

  • Evaluation time limit

    None
  • Both Challenge and FundedNext Accounts are breached/deactivated after 30 consecutive calendar days without a trade (weekends count); any trade resets the counter. A breached Challenge can be reset; a deactivated FundedNext Account cannot.

  • On current plans, 15 Performance Rewards put you in the live review pool. Older Legacy accounts need $100,000 in total profits instead.
