Varies by account: Standard MAX 40%, STEADY 52% (eval only). Legacy Standard OG 40%, Express OG 25%, Express MAX 50% (accounts sold before 2026-07-01).

Standard MAX Funded 40%; STEADY Funded has none. Any Live-Funded account: none. Legacy OG Funded 40%, Express MAX Funded 25% (pre-2026-07-01 accounts).

Permitted, unrestricted, during the evaluation. Banned in Exhibition and Funded: holding through a T1 event forfeits the account and all profit, no appeal.

EAs/bots permitted to run the account holder's own strategy on their own accounts only; synchronizing execution across users or exploiting the sim environment voids funding.

No dedicated scalping cap. The HFT rule limits round-trips of 5 seconds or under to under 30% of a session trades, checked at session close, or the account fails.

No more than 30% of a single session trades may round-trip in 5 seconds or under (session = 6PM-5PM ET); a breach fails the account immediately, no appeal.

Permitted for personal privacy; prohibited if it causes your IP to match/resemble another holder's or is used to mask coordinated trading.

Permitted for solo use on your own accounts only; sharing VPS access or letting a third party trade via it is prohibited.

Must log 3 qualifying trading days (net P&L of at least $5) every rolling 29-day period, or the account is auto-cancelled with no warning. Applies to blown accounts too.

Apply to your risk manager after 5 consecutive sim payouts; the /why page also states a $5,000-withdrawn threshold. Live opens at size plus original buffer on a 90/10 split; sim profit is forfeited on accounts bought from 2026-07-01.
