Alpha Futures rules
This firm is under a warning status
On July 12, 2026, NinjaTrader terminated its contract with Alpha Futures, ending new accounts on Tradovate. Alpha announced the Premium Plan would close with all accounts refunded, "including all pending/unpaid payouts." On July 15 they reversed course, stating approved Premium payouts "WILL be made in batches," with the first batch covering 10%. By July 21, Alpha reported $2M+ in refunds processed and remaining payouts in progress. Other plans migrated to AlphaTrader with same-day payouts resumed. We are not featuring Alpha's offers until outstanding Premium payouts are fully paid.
Evaluation consistency
ConditionalAlpha Futures Zero Evaluations have no consistency rule and can pass in one day. Standard Evaluations have a 50% consistency rule and Advanced Evaluations a 40% rule.
Funded consistency
ConditionalAlpha Futures Zero and Standard Qualified accounts have a 40% consistency rule, Direct Qualified accounts a 20% rule, and Advanced Qualified accounts have none. Standard No Cons accounts, which include the No Consistency in Qualified add-on (+$70/+$90/+$110 a month), have no Qualified consistency rule; their 50% evaluation rule still applies.
