These rules apply to all giveaways hosted by SaveOnPropFirms.com, whether run on this page, in our Discord server, or on our social media channels including X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. By entering any giveaway, you agree to these rules in full. Each giveaway's announcement will specify its entry method, prize, and end time; where an individual announcement conflicts with these rules, the announcement controls for that giveaway.

Sponsor. Giveaways are hosted by SaveOnPropFirms.com, Waynesville, North Carolina. Prizes are fulfilled in partnership with the third-party prop firm or provider named in each giveaway.

Eligibility. You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of SaveOnPropFirms.com are not eligible.

Entry. No purchase necessary, and a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Entry is always free. The entry method for each giveaway is stated in that giveaway's announcement and may include submitting the entry form on this page, participating through our Discord server, or completing free social actions such as following an account, liking a post, commenting, or reposting. Limit one entry per person per giveaway. Entries generated by bots, scripts, duplicate accounts, or other automated or fraudulent means will be disqualified.

Winner Selection and Odds. Winners are selected by random draw from all eligible entries after each giveaway's posted end time. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All selection decisions are final. Winners are limited to one prize per 7-day period; a winner becomes eligible again after the cooldown ends.

Winner Notification and Claiming. Winners will be notified through the platform on which they entered. Winners have 48 hours from notification to claim their prize using the method stated in the giveaway. For Discord giveaways, prizes are claimed using the "I Won - Claim Prize" button, which opens a support ticket; for giveaways run on on social media, claim instructions will be provided in the winner notification. Unclaimed prizes are forfeited and re-drawn. SaveOnPropFirms.com is not responsible for missed notifications due to privacy settings, blocked messages, or accounts that are inactive, suspended, or otherwise unable to receive communication at the time of notification.

Prizes. Prizes are prop firm account credits, promo codes, or other items as described in each giveaway. Prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes. Prizes are fulfilled by third-party providers, and SaveOnPropFirms.com makes no warranty regarding their availability, quality, or continued operation. Activation fees, where applicable, are the winner's responsibility unless the giveaway states otherwise. Each prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing provider, and winners are responsible for meeting that provider's own eligibility and verification requirements.

Geographic Restrictions. Prop firms and other prize providers do not operate in every country or region. It is your responsibility to verify that you can use the prize before entering. If a winner cannot use a prize due to geographic or eligibility restrictions imposed by the provider, the prize is forfeited and re-drawn.

Modifications and Cancellation. SaveOnPropFirms.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any giveaway, or substitute a prize of comparable value, at any time, including in cases of technical failure, fraud, or circumstances beyond our control.

Data and Privacy. Information collected at entry is used to administer the giveaway. Where the entry method includes joining our email list, you agree to receive marketing emails from SaveOnPropFirms.com and may unsubscribe at any time without affecting your entry. Winner information may be shared with the prize provider solely for prize fulfillment. We never sell your data.

Taxes and Publicity. Winners are responsible for any and all taxes related to prizes received. By entering, you grant SaveOnPropFirms.com the right to use your name and social media handle for promotional purposes unless prohibited by law.

Liability and Release. SaveOnPropFirms.com is not responsible for technical failures, lost or misdirected entries, actions or omissions of prize providers, or any damages arising from participation. By entering, you release SaveOnPropFirms.com and Discord, X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok from all liability related to any giveaway. All decisions of SaveOnPropFirms.com regarding giveaway administration are final.
