I was experiencing troubles with Tradovate freezing and not letting me remove my positions, exiting at market or do anything. Unfortunately, this caused me to breach my account. The representative, Jerico, helped me reset my account as a courtesy. This is what you call an amazing company with extraordinary customer relation skills. I will continue to express my gratitude for an amazing company as MFFU. Thank you team for helping me in this situation. I cannot express my gratitude enough to you guys.
