Good firm, high minimum payout amount

Bulenox is a very good firm - rules are straight forward with no weird DCA or risk rules. Option 2 accounts are best for EOD DD. They also offer scaling with those. They don't have discounts as often on Option 2 accounts but when they do it is worth getting one. Their service is pretty good as well, they have an online ticket system (there is no discord that I'm aware of). I received a payout within 24h from them with no issues. My only complaint is that the minimum payout amount is $1000 - this might be tough for those on smaller accounts. Many firms offer $250 as minimum payout - this would be better. They offer most of the big platforms - I used ninjatrader. Their support response was usually within a couple of hours. Not having any type of live support felt a bit annoying but overall they were very good and they pay out which is the big thing.
