I originally started with Apex back in the summer of 2024. It cost me $27 for a 50k evaluation account and $105 to activate. It took me three attempts to figure out how to trade effectively with a trailing drawdown. Once I got funded, I was able to submit for a payout within two weeks about 26 days of having my funded account. I received the maximum payout of $1000 approximately a week after submitting my request. Since then, I’ve had nothing but excellent service with Apex, aside from a few minor Tradovate-related issues. They have tightened their rules recently, making it a bit more challenging to get funded and reach a payout. However, it’s still very manageable, and they continue to offer the cheapest evaluation on the market. Apex seems to have worked through their growing pains and is now handling things much better.

Once funded, I was able to submit for a payout within 2 weeks( right about 13 days) of having my funded account. I got paid out about a week after submission for their maximum payout amount of $2000. Since then I've had nothing but excellent service with them outside of a few tradovate issues here and there. They've since tightened their rules quite a bit, it is a little harder to get funded and to get to payout but it is still very manageable. They still have the cheapest eval on the market. Apex has been continuing to work their way through their growing pains and it seems like they've finally got a handle on things.

Despite what other people say, I had positive experience from them. Their support always respond and I received my first payout from them. It took me a few months to receive a payout from them and with all their rules, It made me trade a bit better. 100% recommend if you can follow the rules
